Treasury Specialist - Accountant - BEC Arabia

Requierment:

BSc in Finance

CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) is preferred

10 Years of Experience

Accountabilities:

Manage the daily cash operations and prepare the cash flow forecasts through the analysis of the historical data to ensure meeting Bec Arabia financial obligations and to report the liquidity position.

Control Bec Arabia bank accounts including the availability of all required documents for accounts opening and provide banks confirmation for all accounts to ensure the accuracy and sustainability of Bec Arabia bank accounts.

Helping the treasury Manager in Managing Bec Arabia financial facilities through sourcing of new projects facilities negotiations with the bank best terms and conditions timely renewal of the current facilities the identification of the available credit limits and credit utilization to finance the cash flow gap.

Review all the bank applications regarding the Letter of Credit (LCs) and Letter of guarantee (LGs to ensure the data alignment with Bec Arabia requirements and to ensure the timely and accurate implementation of the LCs and LGs.

Ensure the availability of the online banking service and required reports through collaboration with the banks to satisfy Bec Arabia business needs and to ensure timely and accurate bank reconciliation.

Provide Bec Arabia projects accountants with all the required support through collaboration with the banks any complaints and to ensure the compliance with the Governmental requirements.

Develop the assigned team KPIs through the cascading of the department SMART objectives to the employees level and monitor the implementation to ensure the achievement of the set KPIs.

Manage the assigned team performance through providing performance feedback conversations appraisal coaching knowledge transfer etc to ensure the achievement of the set objectives and employees career development.

Build costeffective relationships with financial services providers.

Manage crossborder funds movement and utilize international trade financing methods.

Monitor and control corporate exposure.

Employee duties are not limited only to the abovementioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

Salary: Up to 15000.00 per month
