Job Description

- Arrange business, mobilization, demobilization, and rotational travel arrangements which includes flights, accommodation and transportation
- Prepares travel itineraries and distributes travel arrangements and associated services to staff
- Monitor flight availability with proactive cost-conscious decision making
- Prioritize key travel requests and ensure approvals are in place prior to travel booking
- Partner closely with the Executive Director and HR Onboarding Coordinators
