You will learn how to prepare high-quality dishes in the à la carte kitchen as well as for buffets, design creative meal and menu plans and produce unique product creations. You organize the work processes related to the craft of cooking and immerse yourself in the extensive world of our carefully selected products. You will receive professional training in food and beverages and spoil our guests with excellent culinary delights. You work with innovative and modern kitchen appliances and learn to buy goods sustainably and store them properly.
