Training Manager

• Review and analyze the IT infrastructure utilization trends (in terms of CPU / Memory / Network/ Storage, etc.,)
• Understand the reasons for resource level threshold hits and document the observations accordingly by talking to various stake holders which includes server teams/ Application teams.
• Analyze the resource threshold hits Utilize knowledge and research methods for benchmarking
• Build, analyze and prepare capacity utilization reports and Dashboards
• Analyze the current and future needs of the business, and accordingly project / forecast future capacity requirements based on business plans, usage trends, sizing of new services, etc.
• Provide trend analysis and present improvement plans specific to performance and capacity of infrastructure.
• Collaborate with monitoring tools to ensure required capacity and availability monitoring and tools configuration to get output required for capacity analysis are met.
• Responsible for monitoring IT availability levels, comparing actual levels against targets, and addressing shortfalls.
