Tradeshow Event Specialist

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in event planning, hospitality management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong desire to develop a lasting career in event coordination and management.
• 5-7 years of experience in marketing and event coordination with advanced understanding of trade show execution.
• Effective organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot quickly.
• Travel to events (30% per year) and work flexible hours while onsite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of marketing data and analytics a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate across business units.
• Knowledge of national security, defense, space and government contracts a bonus.
• Competent in MS Office Suite.
