- Drive Key Account Management and build and develop long-lasting relationships with Trade & Machine Partners ensuring premium positioning of Nespresso's brand in Trade
- Develop and execute strong Key Account plans (offline & online) in collaboration with the KAMs to boost acquisition
- Lead negotiations and review business with all Trade & Machine partners
- Accelerate conversion from machine to New Club Member, further develop subscription as acquisition & loyalty tool, and grow Vertuo in Trade
