Responsibilities:

Perform all followups for all outbound calls.

Strong followup strategist.

Handle both inbound and outbound calls.

Interacting with existing and prospective clients to keep them upbeat with the latest developments and offerings and also making them a part of our future projects.

Maximize revenue generation and lead closures by using social and public media marketing campaigns.

Strong client focus including pre and postsales services for long term wealth retention.

Conduct market research to stay uptodate with industry trends competitors and customer needs

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

Ability to work well under pressure.

Fluency in English.
