**We Are Hiring Telesales Executive Real Estate**
**Location: Dubai UAE**
Storeys Real Estate is expanding its sales team and is looking for motivated confident and target-driven professionals to join our growing organisation.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a background in telesales or sales who are passionate about client engagement business development and building a rewarding career in Dubai's dynamic real estate market.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified business leads.
* Engage with potential customers understand their requirements and assess their investment interests.
* Introduce and promote real estate investment opportunities and property offerings.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
* Schedule appointments and coordinate client meetings for the sales team.
* Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to nurture prospects and drive conversions.
* Maintain accurate call records lead information and follow-up activities through CRM systems.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets.
**Candidate Requirements**
* 15 years of relevant sales experience.
* Experience in Real Estate Banking Insurance EdTech or other sales-oriented industries will be preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal negotiation and relationship-management abilities.
* Self-motivated target-oriented and driven by performance.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
* UAE market experience will be an added advantage.
* Immediate joiners are preferred.
