Make outbound calls to potential customers to sell products or services.
Generate leads and identify sales opportunities through cold calling.
Follow up with customers to close sales and achieve sales targets.
Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly.
Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
Handle customer objections and negotiate sales contracts.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
Stay uptodate with product knowledge and industry trends.
Provide excellent customer service and build longterm relationships with customers.
High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelors degree preferred.
Proven track record of successful sales experience preferably in a telesales or call center environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build rapport.
Strong negotiation skills to overcome objections and close sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Selfmotivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
Fluent in English additional languages a plus.
Flexible schedule to accommodate varying shifts and weekend work
