As a Tele Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue generation through effective communication with potential customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our financial services

• Deliver persuasive sales pitches to secure new business opportunities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups

• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis

• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers

• Document customer interactions and update the database with relevant information

Requirements & Skills:

• 1–2 years of experience in sales or telemarketing

• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, and English

• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment

• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

• Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer interactions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

• Certification in Telemarketing or Sales
