Job Description

- Conduct periodic inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
- Develop comprehensive daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly maintenance schedules.
- Assign tasks to maintenance technicians and ensure timely completion.
- Train maintenance technicians on proper procedures and protocols.
- Supervise contractors during installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Inspect and maintain building systems such as FAHU, cooling, dosing, and ventilation.
- Ensure the proper functioning of building firefighting systems, LPG gas, and generators.
- Contribute to the development of the maintenance budget.
- Ensure compliance with budgetary constraints while executing maintenance activities.
- Monitor inventory levels of materials and equipment.
- Coordinate procurement activities to ensure an adequate supply of necessary resources.
- Conduct planned preventive maintenance (PPM) for public areas and individual apartments.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
- Maintain colleague accommodation assets and ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
- Supervise external cleaners, security officers, and contractors engaged in maintenance activities.
- Keep up-to-date records of all maintenance activities and contracts.
- Conduct quarterly condition reports to assess the overall status of facilities and recommend improvements or repairs as needed.
