- Provide exceptional technical support to our customers, addressing their queries and troubleshooting issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct baking trials to test new recipes, ingredients, and baking processes, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Understand and explain ingredient functionality to customers, helping them optimize their baking processes and productions.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement of our support services.
