What You Need

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas, successful account management, sales, and/or contract negotiation.
• Working knowledge of drilling industry, equipment, & practices.
• Drilling Engineering experience preferred.
• Understanding of H&P DrillScan products/services.
• Knowledge and experience in the use of CRM systems.
• Knowledge of computers, MS Office, teleconference, video conference technologies as they relate to the sales process.
• Well-organized and detail oriented.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
• Ability to be proactive/forward thinking when assessing & managing customer needs.
