Job Description:
The Asus NUC Group is looking for a Technical Marketing Engineer (TME) to provide direct customer support for Asus NUC products for major Asus accounts and channel customers in the Asia Pacific region. The TME will be involved in all aspects of supporting our customers base in the region. The TME will answer technical questions on NUC products, provide issue resolution and debug of customer issues. The TME will need to be tech savvy with excellent communication skills, be detail oriented and have good project management skills. TME will also need to work with sustaining engineering, BIOS, SW, ODM, customer support and service teams as needed to resolve customer issues.
