Job Description

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the product development and technical support teams.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes relevant to construction chemicals.
- Lead and manage the product development process, from ideation to commercialization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new and innovative construction chemical products.
- Provides technical support and demo to internal and external clients.
- Conduct on-site visits to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure proper product application.
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure the highest product standards.
- Work closely with R&D, QC & manufacturing teams to optimize processes and enhance product quality.
- Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams and external partners on the proper use and application of construction chemical products.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop technical documentation, marketing collateral, and other materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and industry experts.
