Technical Engineer ELV

. Attend project and technical meetings with customers/consultants to coordinate and plan installation to be consistent with project schedule.

2. Programming, testing and operating systems, performing tests and checks according to causes and effects to ensure operational efficiency and documenting them properly.

3. Day to day management of multiple sites, including supervision and monitoring of the site workforce and the work of sub-contractors.

4. Ability to attend coordination meetings with client/consultant/contractor etc.

5. Obtain the technical knowledge about ELV systems, IT systems and security necessary while coordinating and meeting with all stakeholders.

6. Coordinate with the internal team to install, test and operate all systems in the project.

7. Projects are delivered correctly and all closing documents are completed and signed by the relevant team.

8. Manage a team skilled in ELV systems and site building practices. Responsible for designing the contents of ICT, cybersecurity and security systems and following them up to obtain approval from the authorities and the client.

9. Responsible for chairing coordination meetings with contractors to ensure implementation of the intended design. Responsible for regular site visits to ensure that the standard of installation is satisfactory.

10. Coordination and coordination with all applicable local authority departments to obtain approval in all stages of the project. 11. Design and implementation of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems: Communications, PAVA, AV systems, CCTV, access control, biometric, structured cabling system Passive and active components: design phase to construction phase.

12. Produce necessary calculations for ELV systems including field of view of cameras, lens calculation, recording time and power calculation, WiFi heat maps, design drawings, single line graphs, technical design report, schedules and specifications etc.
