Job Description
Education and training:
Hold a bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field.
Experience or additional training in logistics management could be an advantage.
Experience:
Experience in logistics and transportation management.
Experience in leading teams and achieving production and quality goals.
Leadership skills:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Ability to make strategic decisions and implement them successfully.
Operations Management:
Deep understanding of logistics operations and organization of transportation and distribution.
Ability to analyze and improve processes to achieve maximum efficiency.
