Job Description
Educational Qualifications: A degree in a related field such as agriculture, animal science, environmental, or earth sciences is preferred. Specialized pest control training courses can also be helpful.
Pest Knowledge: A deep understanding of local pest species and effective ways to control them, as well as knowledge of pesticides and biological and mechanical pest control techniques.
Leadership skills: The ability to lead the work team and direct them towards achieving set goals and dealing with challenges efficiently.
Communication skills: The ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers to understand their needs and guide them properly.
