Team Leader Operations - Hazardous Waste

Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and lead a Control Room Operator and a team in NORM plant, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure operational excellence. - Participate in morning meetings with the Process & Operations Manager and transmit information to the field (designated and non designated areas) - Manage PTW, check on site before, during and after the good execution of works - Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to ensure sufficient coverage and smooth operation of the different units on a 24/7 basis. - Oversee operations, including monitoring process parameters, responding to alarms, and initiating appropriate actions to maintain optimal performance and safety. - Collaborate with the Process & Operations Manager to develop and implement standard operating procedures, and work instructions to enhance efficiency and safety.
