- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to lead team members, multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines of deliverables.
- Ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to team members.
- Willingness to work in a flexible schedule.
- Experience in the banking vertical will be an added advantage.
- Ready to work in a 24/7 environment with rotational shifts and weekly offs.
- Email etiquette
- Knowledge of the Banking Industry will be an additional benefit.
