To ensure that colleagues report on duty on time and are in accordance with the Jumeirah grooming standards and that any discrepancy is brought to Duty Manager’s attention.
To ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures and Policies are adhered to at all times.
To assist the Duty manager in the checking of VIP arrival apartments and the meeting and escorting of arriving residents.
To ensure that the residence’s health and safety and security policies are implemented and correctly adhered to at all times.
