As a Teaching Assistant you will support the teacher to ensure that students are supported to:
Be safe
Supported in their learning
Encouraged to be independent
Effective communicators.

Aid teachers in implementing the curriculum
Support students in developing socially valid behaviours
Work with professionals to ensure that individual learning plans are followed
Contribute to whole school safeguarding
Ensure appropriate supervision at all times
Support the teacher with all aspects of teaching and learning assessments
Other tasks or duties that may be assigned to you

Desirable requirements:
The minimum required is a high school diploma
Ensure attendance and punctuality of high standard
Passion to support students with Special Education Needs (SEN);
A desire to contribute to safeguarding.

Skills
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Emotional resilience and ability to see things from a perspective other than their own.
Ability to effectively use ICT;
Ability to work collaboratively with others.
Strong organizational communication and having a good attitude to work

Everyone is responsible for supporting the Schools commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children. The post holder must follow the Schools safeguarding and child protection policies at all times maintain appropriate professional boundaries remain alert to any signs of concern and report any safeguarding concerns immediately through the Schools agreed procedures. All staff are expected to complete required safeguarding training and understand that safeguarding is everyones responsibility.
