Teacher chemistry

• Manage teams of L1 Support Engineers, L2 Support Sr Engineers / Analysts, and Cyber Security Engineers
• IoT, IT & OT incident management using SIEM
• Plan and perform upgrades of network and security devices
• Train and Mentor juniors
• Act as an SME SPOC for Network domain Knowledge of monitoring /reporting and ticketing tools like Solar wind or any other tool used for network monitoring
• Prepare technical inputs for weekly/monthly meeting

• BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Computer Science/ Electronics/ Communication from a reputed institute.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience in Enterprise LAN and WAN environment
• Strong Technical subject matter expertise on Cisco and Platform Network Solutions
• Technical expertise with routing protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) and switching(VLAN, Trunking, Dot1x, various flavors of STP) protocols
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Cisco wireless (controller-based), the standalone environment is a must and should be familiar with FortiGate wireless technologies
• Should have hands-on knowledge of Routers and switches configurations and troubleshooting
• Understanding of IPsec, VPNs, GRE, NAT/PAT over varied platforms
• Training /Certification required: CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet
• Technical experience working in the Security Operation Center for a big global organization (Min 3 years of SOC L2 and Tech lead of L1/L2 analysts)
• Experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solution
