What are we looking for?
* University degree in Human Resources or related fields.
* Master's degree in HR management or organizational change programs.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in multinational environments.
* Strong knowledge of HR management, organization, job analysis, and development.
* English B2 level; additional language skills desirable (French, Italian, Spanish).
* Familiarity with management systems (LIMS, BPM, food safety) Succes factor.
* Experience in compliance with regulations and internal policies.v
