Black & Grey HR is seeking a Talent Development Officer to join our client in the oil & gas sector in Abu Dhabi. The role will focus on executing talent management succession planning learning & development graduate development and employee engagement programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate talent reviews assessments succession planning and maintain talent databases.
- Manage learning frameworks training calendars training needs analysis workshops and programme effectiveness.
- Coordinate graduate development programmes individual development plans and employee development pathways.
- Support leadership development programmes professional certifications and relationships with learning partners and institutions.
- Execute employee engagement surveys analyse results and track engagement action plans.
- Coordinate townhalls employee workshops internal communications and engagement initiatives.
- Support employee benefits wellbeing programmes and related employee queries.
- Manage L&D and engagement vendors programme records HRIS data reporting and budget tracking.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
- Experience in talent management learning & development succession planning and employee engagement.
- Strong programme coordination stakeholder management reporting and analytical skills.
- Experience with psychometric/assessment tools and HRIS platforms is an advantage.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to work across multiple organisational levels.
