Job Description

  • Implement Human Capital department policies and procedures ensuring all procedural requirements and legislations are full-filled in the highest quality and most cost efficient way.
  • Identify areas of the business where there is opportunity for improvement
  • Ensure the sustainability of systems, processes and practices within the business
  • Identify areas for productivity improvement and provide strategic solutions
  • regular reporting in timely manor
  • Identify and assess the employees’ training and development needs through training needs analysis, job analysis, and appraisal schemes
  • produce a resourced and budgeted annual training plan based on needs identified
  • Design and execute programs in the areas of global talent management, long term development, personal development, technical training, executive development, competency development, assessment and feedback, mentorship program & UAE national development.
  • Create and implement career development plans and programs.
  • Develop annual training plan in line with Training Needs Analysis (TNA) results
  • Manage the training program review process
  • Manage and follow up with the training providers and maintain a database of curriculum, materials, and personnel training records.
  • Manage the end-to-end annual performance appraisals process
  • Succession planning
  • Identify and define the critical roles within the business and how to fill gaps in a timely fashion
  • Identification of high potential employees, to ensure employee potential is managed successfully.
