Job Description
Educational qualifications: It is preferable that the applicant holds a bachelor’s degree in the field of human resources, management, social sciences, or any related field. Higher degrees may be preferred, such as a master's degree in human resource management or human development.
Previous experience: It is preferable that the candidate has previous experience in the field of attracting and recruiting talent, with a deep understanding of the process of selecting and evaluating candidates.
Interpersonal Skills: The candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with potential clients and applicants. Must have good listening skills and the ability to accurately understand the client's needs.
