- Work with the VP People to create and deploy company wide hiring plan
- Partner with business leaders to deliver data-driven workforce and hire planning
- Act as a key business partner to members of the people team and business leadership to assess and improve processes for recruiting
- Consistently evaluate and evolve distribution of resource to support changing business needs
- Support hiring of all roles across the organisation
- Create employer brand strategy, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to build out collateral and content
