Requirements
- Over 3years of experience in Recruitment
- Experience in the UAE
- Responsible for high-volume, multi-level recruitment and selection activities utilizing behavior-based interviewing techniques with the emphasis in the various employment field.
- Responsible for provided quality supervision in candidate sourcing, resume mining, requisition understanding, skills screening, behavioral interviewing, wage/salary determination, interview preparation, and problem resolution
- Responsible for sourcing quality candidates for hard to fill positions through a process of skill assessments, unique sourcing skills, such as cold calling and advertising on special websites.
- Used various sourcing techniques like internet job postings, database, referrals, internet advertisements, head hunting, networking, etc.
- Accountable and responsible for achievement of recruitment performance metrics ensuring compliance to corporate policies.
- Introduce, review and implement recruitment goals, policies and procedures.
- Effective handling of employee concerns /questions & raises them to management with recommendations, if appropriate.
- Work closely with HR and Managers from different areasto understand workforce needs and provide proactive recruitment and selection for recruitment activities.
- Managing the internal recruitment process and database to effectively meet the company srecruitment targets.
- Organize and planning of Recruitment Drives/ Referral drives/ Walk-ins and active participation to meet hiring numbers.
