- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with job requirements
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics, managing multiple calendars and ensuring a smooth and efficient process for candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment metrics using our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and support them in achieving their recruitment goals
