Talent Acquisition Associate

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our recruitment team in Dubai UAE. The successful candidate will support end-to-end recruitment activities including candidate sourcing screening interview coordination and talent pipeline management with a focus on the FX and CFDs industry.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop recruitment expertise while working with regional and international hiring projects.

What Will You Do:

• Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn social media referrals and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Assist with job postings recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure timely communication.
• Support offer preparation documentation and onboarding activities.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Prior recruitment experience or knowledge of the Forex (FX) and CFDs industry is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is required.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter job portals and ATS platforms is an advantage.
• Proactive attitude attention to detail and willingness to learn.
