System Support Specialist

Position Overview:
System Support Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our companys software systems. Will be responsible for providing technical support troubleshooting system issues.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and guidance to end users regarding hardware software and networkrelated issues.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems promptly ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Perform regular system monitoring to proactively identify and address potential issues.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement system upgrades patches and enhancements in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures to ensure system security and data integrity.
• Conduct user training sessions to promote efficient and effective use of technology resources.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends providing recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as a System Support Specialist or similar role demonstrating strong technical troubleshooting skills.
• Indepth knowledge of computer systems networks hardware and software.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS Azure) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with end users and collaborate with team members.
• Proactive and selfmotivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
