Job Description

- 5 years of experience in physical security systems integration, video management systems and PSIMs (Physical Security Information Management).
- Self-starter with ability to multitask, problem solve, and participate in working groups with multi-functional teams.
- Working knowledge of transport layer protocol and internet protocol (TCP/IP) communications.
- Working knowledge of surveillance cameras and video transmission protocols.
- Ability to understand technical manuals and specifications to configure and troubleshoot video software as well as installing applications on servers and workstations.
- Experience with Network Video Technologies such as Codecs/Protocols, h.264/265, & Multicast/Unicast.
- Can communicate effectively, manage, and support other system end users
- Design, Configuration and Implementation of VMS
- Knowledge of Linux (CentOS/RedHat) / Windows Server , System Tools: LDAP, Active Directory Management, Database (SQL/PostgreSQL), Virtualization Platform: VMware Center, vSphere and ESXi will be added advantage.
- Storage System: NAS and SAN appliances
- Configuration Management
- Experience in building software/scripts to automate production systems
- experience in the field of Video & IT systems
- Good technical analysis methodology
- System Requirement Management
- Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Able to coordinate with external contractors and suppliers
- Customer facing skills (meetings/presentations)
