Job Description
- Support Presales activity, technical detail design for customer requirement
- Support Project management, implementation and operation task proactively
- Take responsibility for problem resolution and troubleshooting as Tier 2 engineer
- Experience with Active directories, Virtualization, Server, Storage, Backup and Microsoft products
- Able to do technical design, deploy and troubleshooting of complex LAN and WAN
- Monitor network performance and knowledge with monitoring tools
Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
- Computer Science / Information Technology Degree or equivalent together with specialized training in new technologies and legacy systems or equivalent
- Professional certifications (VCP, Azure, MCSE)
Required Experience:
- Experience on server, VMware, storage and backup solution and implementation.
- Experience engaging with clients and conducting presentations
- Project administration and documentation experience
- Experience in designing, deploy and troubleshooting
