System Engineer

Job Description

• Support Presales activity, technical detail design for customer requirement
• Support Project management, implementation and operation task proactively
• Take responsibility for problem resolution and troubleshooting as Tier 2 engineer
• Experience with Active directories, Virtualization, Server, Storage, Backup and Microsoft products
• Able to do technical design, deploy and troubleshooting of complex LAN and WAN
• Monitor network performance and knowledge with monitoring tools

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

• Computer Science / Information Technology Degree or equivalent together with specialized training in new technologies and legacy systems or equivalent
• Professional certifications (VCP, Azure, MCSE)

Required Experience:

• Experience on server, VMware, storage and backup solution and implementation.
• Experience engaging with clients and conducting presentations
• Project administration and documentation experience
• Experience in designing, deploy and troubleshooting
