System Analyst

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements or new implementations.
  
• Design develop and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics technologies including Dynamics 365 Dynamics CRM and related modules.
  
• Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics applications to align with business processes and requirements.
  
• Conduct system testing troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to end users.
  
• Document system requirements designs and configurations as well as provide training and support to users as needed.
  
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to Microsoft Dynamics technologies and recommend improvements or optimizations to existing systems.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics including Dynamics 365 and Dynamics CRM.
  
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics architecture customization and configuration capabilities.
  
• Proficiency in customization tools such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI).
  
• Experience with system integration data migration and web service integration using Microsoft technologies.
  
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
  
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365) are a plus.
