• Prepare install setup and administrate all servers and cloudbased operating systems monitor their performance and provide technical support to support the IT operations of Abu Dhabi Accountability Authoritys (ADAA) efficiently.
• Contribute to the development implementation and update of policies procedures manuals delegation of authority systems user manuals and standard forms ensuring alignment with ADAAs overall policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the development implementation and update of the sections strategic budget and procurement and operational plans ensuring alignment with the department and sector strategy and objectives and ADAAs mission and vision.
• Provide technical support services for all infrastructure systems maintain and monitor the operation availability and performance of all Infrastructure systems monitor the performance of ADAAs IT infrastructure and plan and implement data backup strategies.
• Implement IT infrastructure initiatives evaluate acquire and install hardware and software required to enhance and comply with SLAs for network operations identify information system operational requirements and risks and recommend solutions to achieve optimum information security.
• Implement information security policies ensure the Authoritys IT systems are up to date with the latest technology and fully protected monitor the security of sensitive information and ensure that all users have the requisite authorization before granting access to the information systems.
