Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses
  • Assist clients with technical issues and troubleshoot problems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist clients
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide guidance and support to clients in using our products and services
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and resolutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in a customer support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Familiarity with CRM software and support ticketing systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if needed
