- Monitor and action support request tickets relating to the business application suite promptly.
- Triage new support requests, ensuring the explanation is clear, and all required information has been provided/returned to the user requesting the necessary information.
- Provide day-to-day application support for D365 F&O and CE users, including issue resolution, troubleshooting, and guidance on system functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
