Qualifications

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or design environments.
• Proficiency in manufacturing processes, ISO-9000, and quality core tools such as Control Plan, PFMEA, GD&T, and Problem Solving methodologies (8D).
• Experience performing TS/ISO audits internally or with suppliers.
• You must be a problem solver, capable of working independently while thriving in a team environment.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Preferred certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, with knowledge of injection molding, thermoset technology, metal stamping, sheet metal, or finishing processes such as plating, painting, and welding.
• Experience in project management would be advantageous.
