- Supply Chain & Operations Manager Jobs In Dubai | Black Pearl ConsultAbout the job Foster and maintain strong working relationships with brands and internal operations so that inventory supply plans and inventory levels are fully understood by all
- .Built the Supply Chain department from the ground up, creating new roles and reporting structures.To ensure that supply planning is consistent and optimized versus the forecasts/demand planning.
- Right size inventory and optimize supply plans, including safety stocks positioningDeveloped new processes, including weekly inventory and monthly KPI reporting, new contract revision techniques with 3PL and Clearing Agents, and OOS, Expiry, and Promotion handling processes.Deliver monthly fill rate and inventory projections, drawing insights and delivering course correction where neededSupport process integration with the Demand Planning, Retail Supply Chain, and Distribution & Logistics functionsMonitor and optimize lead times and MOQs with all suppliers working together with ProcurementTo maintain correct planning parameters in order to drive the SAP/APO planning system and optimize our Inventory.
- Deliver continuous improvement in service delivery through robust root cause analysis Requirements Minimum 5- 7 years of Experience in the food Industry & Supply Chain & Logistics operations at a managerial level.Possess fundamental Supply Chain knowledge & MRPGood IT skills (Ms Office, etc)Strong competency in Excel & ERP toolsSound decision-making and problem-solving
