Job Description

You will create program plans and schedules for John Deere ISG Embedded Solutions team programs that align with strategic objectives and product roadmaps. In addition, you will:

  • Manage program requirements, control scope, and ensure successful program delivery to established metrics scope, schedule, quality and investment
  • Lead alignment activities across the tech stack to launch new common modules for enterprise adoption
  • Work very closely with each product line to ensure customer requirements are met and adoption schedules are aligned across the enterprise for new common module technology


Requirements:

  • One (1) or more years of experience planning and coordinating with cross-enterprise product delivery teams and management teams
  • Skill in managing risk, managing change, negotiation, and conflict resolution
  • Understanding of John Deere (or equivalent) vehicles and implements
  • Prior Project Management experience
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, comprehension, and presentation)

Duties:

  • Provides management and leadership to work teams for the successful delivery of strategic business projects or product introductions by gathering necessary resources, establishing priorities and delivering outcomes that are focused on business growth, products, and/or improving customer satisfaction or channel partner development.
  • Leads work teams to gather necessary resources and establish priorities in support of strategic business initiatives or product introductions.
  • Identifies the project deliverable, directs the design of the project plan, and leads the execution of the plan.
  • Ensures projects are developed with realistic outcomes, business objectives and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Determines and secures resources to assure successful completion of a project.
  • Monitors ongoing project/program status and maintains communications with business unit leadership and affected stakeholders.


Bachelor s degree in accounting, economics, finance, mathematics, or related disciplines Minimum of two years of progressive public accounting experience with in-charge auditing Meeting education requirement for CPA certification in the state where you are applying for employment Analytical, technical, and auditing skills, including proficiency in US GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB rules and standards Can manage multiple engagements and competing priorities Value teamwork, are agile and know the power of building strong relationships Are you curious about or have exposure to automation and digitization tools as part of audits or in the professional services environment?
