Job Summary
Supervisor - Construction (Coating & Insulation)

Supervise protective coating and insulation work on piping equipment and structures to achieve specified quality safe execution and timely completion.
Allocate daily tasks and verify work fronts materials access and approved application procedures.
Supervise surface preparation coating application repair and curing in line with product requirements.
Monitor environmental conditions mixing batch traceability and application records.
Coordinate inspection of surface preparation and coating thickness with QA/QC personnel.
Supervise insulation vapour barriers weatherproofing and cladding as required by the insulation class.
Confirm test and inspection release before covering surfaces or closing insulation systems.
Manage safe blasting painting solvent handling waste control and work at height.
Report progress defects and material requirements and support punch clearance.
Technical diploma trade qualification or equivalent relevant technical training.
6 years in industrial coating and insulation including 2 years in field supervision.
Required Skills:
Requirements 6 years of EIT site/construction experience with international Oil & Gas EPC companies/subcontractors. Electrical Instrumentation or Telecom construction background. Middle East CIS/FSU or North Africa experience preferred. Experience working with diverse international teams. Good knowledge of NEC/NFPA IEEE NEMA and IEC standards. Strong troubleshooting and subcontractor management skills. PTW LOTO and Arc Flash training; ATEX preferred.
