Job Summary
We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Superintendent in Dubai UAE. Our client is seeking skilled motivated professionals capable of supervising site activities coordinating teams maintaining quality standards and supporting the safe and timely completion of projects. - Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure activities progress according to project requirements.
- Coordinate subcontractors supervisors workers equipment and site resources.
- Monitor construction progress and identify potential schedule or execution issues.
- Enforce site safety procedures and applicable health and safety requirements.
- Inspect completed work to ensure required quality and workmanship standards.
- Coordinate with project managers engineers subcontractors and other project stakeholders.
- Maintain site records and provide regular progress and operational updates.
- Support resolution of technical and site-related issues to minimize project delays.
- Construction Supervision Ability to supervise field activities and maintain effective site execution.
- Site Management Capability to coordinate manpower equipment materials and daily activities.
- Safety Compliance Working knowledge of site safety procedures and safe work practices.
- Quality Control Ability to monitor workmanship and ensure work meets project requirements.
- Project Coordination Ability to coordinate effectively with engineers project management teams subcontractors and field personnel.

Proficiency in ERP software for procurement tracking and reporting. Hands-on experience in managing LPO cycles (Open & Closed LPOs). Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word Excel). Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines. Effective communication skills in English and Hindi.
