Strategy Specialist - Public Sector

• Collecting information from various sources for strategic planning such as interviews, competitive analysis and primary research
• Assist the Strategy Lead in developing and implementing frameworks for annual business planning, incorporating leading practices based off your research findings
• Support the Strategy Lead in building planning capabilities through awareness sessions and training to all relevant stakeholders
• Implement effective monitoring measures to track progress, prompt necessary alterations and pivot strategies as required
• Encourage communication among section heads to develop a unified understanding of the competitive landscape and strategic response
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Must have an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Policy, Economics or another relevant topic
• UAE national with family book
• At least 3-5 years experience implementing strategic plans in either the public or private sector
• Proven ability to carry out research / data analysis to understand behaviours and trends, leveraging your findings to inform future strategic objectives
• Significant experience in milestone and KPI setting, using these to identify areas of improvement and working with departments to develop turnaround action plans
• Excellent administration skills and attention to detail, who is self-motivated and completes all assigned tasks in a timely manner
