- Work closely with senior leadership to plan and develop strategic frameworks in accordance with the client's vision and operational constraints
- Provide advisory and consulting service during the project development lifecycle, from initial planning to concept design and development, brand strategy as well as asset construction.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of industry data to justify client's strategic positioning
- Incorporate insights and recommendations from stakeholders to propose viable solutions that aim to leverage client's position in the market.
