- Coordinate and deliver services to their assigned organization in line with Admin Area management, senior BL/SL management and corporate HR strategies.
- Implement the organizations vision and mission, develops or implement an internal HR strategy that is aligned to the organization goals and objectives
- Develop functional requirements of custom applications implement policies, guidelines and procedures
- Recommend and execute plans related to improving employee engagement in the organization
- Recommend new approaches, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed
