- Work closely with the Strategy VP and leadership team to recommend analytical approaches and solutions to complex strategic topics.
- Develop periodic reports and dashboards to share with stakeholders to enable informed decision-making and support strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular analysis and analytics reports on the progress and impact of analytical strategic initiatives to the VP of Strategy, Senior Management team, and other stakeholders as required.
- Collaborate with Marketing, DTD, and Finance departments to align analytics initiatives with business objectives.
- Communicate complex analytics findings in a clear and actionable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Foster a broader organizational mindset shift towards KPI-oriented marketing and trade.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to set realistic and challenging budget targets aligned with business objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation within the analytics team.
- Assist in the management, execution, and reporting of key analytics projects and initiatives including the budgeting process as part of the project management workstream.
- Ensure that projects stay on schedule and within budget, optimizing resource allocation.
- Lead efforts to conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and provide insights to inform marketing and trade strategies.
- Stay informed about competitors’ activities and market dynamics to assist decision-making.
- Analyze data and reports to evaluate the progress and effectiveness of ongoing strategies.
