Store Supervisor

• Managing the assigned Dark Store cluster (2-3 DS) effectively across fulfillment and logistics.
• Oversee Team Leads in the daily operations of their respective store.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Support in manpower allocation across stores.
• Addressing issues and supporting the team in achieving their best performance.
• Crunch numbers and derive insights and recommendations to improve operations.
• Ensure timely and clear communication with all stakeholders.

What you'll need:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations
• Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to roll up sleeves and get your hands dirty
• Capable of working in highly ambiguous situations comfortably
• Understanding Ops metrics and stakeholder management
• Ability to accommodate flexibility in the work schedule
