• Support in completing the COO strategy and ensuring implementation of initiatives under the COO organziation
• Participate in the development and implementation of the COO Organization goals, objectives, policies, procedures and priorities.
• Analyze and issue monthly assessments and forecasts of organization's performance, including financial and operational goals; short and long-term managerial reporting.
